You will be contacting prospective customers who have already started to get inquisitive about Deep Secure solutions.  This is a B2B role, selling a solution to a business problem that organisations will have budget for. They are likely already experiencing significant problems from Malware and are looking to solve the problem once and for all. 

 

We provide training on all aspects of the role; however, we will be looking for candidates who possess natural sales behaviours and can demonstrate a proven track record in a targeted environment.

Location: Malvern office / Home-based  (optional)

Key Tasks

  • Lead development
  • Outbound calls
  • Building a rapport with potential leads
  • Updating CRM records in line with activities in a timely manner
  • Supporting the Sales Manager in meeting sales targets

Role and Responsibilities

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role, in a fast-paced environment demonstrating skills in cold calling, qualifying leads, demonstrating the solution value, managing objections and closing, is essential
  • Triage incoming leads i.e. qualifying and evaluating leads, and if appropriate directing them to the correct person
  • Confident in working towards an individual and team sales targets   
  • Proactively research markets and organisations to establish who key contacts are and to use appropriate technology (LinkedIn and social media) to raise awareness of the solution and its benefits  
  • Update the company's CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure customer records are up to date in a timely manner
  • Enjoy a sales environment and talking on the phone

Skills/Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail with a thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, including the management of data
  • Experience of using IT systems and databases
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a bonus (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
