As Account Manager, you will work across various commercial accounts and verticals and be responsible for developing new business and seeking out sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial cyber security Account Manager, with a proven track record of success and creating long term relationships with customers, having sales experience working with large enterprise organisations.

Role and Responsibilities

The following are key responsibilities and features of this role:

  • Generating sales across named accounts, looking at creative ways to achieve sales targets
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, liaising with them regularly
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with both existing and new customers
  • Working regularly with the Telemarketing team to ensure that leads are followed up quickly and efficiently, and that the communication is two-way, meeting and following up with key prospects and keeping the internal and marketing team updated.
  • Generating sales reports and forecasting sales based on activity and orders
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business collaborating with the rest of the sales team to reach prospective clients
  • Keep CRM records up to date and complete any admin where appropriate
  • The ideal candidate will be an existing Account Manager, with a proven track record of achieving sales and building key relationships with clients. You will be a strong influencer and excellent communicator, able to deal with teams and customers at all levels.

You will be customer focused and sales driven, always striving to achieve business growth whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships.
